§12.4 By-laws Reviewed. The Temple's by-laws to be reviewed every five (5) years, starting on the fifth anniversary of the date of approval of these by-laws. It will be the duty of the Potentate of the anniversary year to pick a three (3) man committee. consisting of at least one Past Potentate, to serve as temporary by-laws review committee.
